Young Single Adult Camp

Featured photo: Young Single Adult Camp

Young single adults often navigate a particularly challenging season of life — balancing education, career beginnings, questions about faith and identity, and the search for community and belonging. Small and Simple Things organized a weekend camp specifically for this group, creating a space where they could step away from daily pressures and invest in personal growth.

The camp included group discussions, service projects, outdoor activities, and candid conversations about faith, resilience, and purpose. Participants were encouraged to set personal goals and identify ways they could serve others in their own communities.

"I came feeling isolated and unsure about my direction," one attendee shared. "I left with friends who understand me and a clearer sense of what I'm supposed to be doing with my life."

Several participants have since volunteered with Small and Simple Things, forming a growing network of young leaders committed to lifting others. The camp exemplified our belief that strengthening individuals from within — in faith, motivation, and ability — creates ripple effects that benefit families and communities for generations.
